Ordering

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account does make repeat ordering faster, and lets you track orders and reorder from your history.

There is no minimum for online orders. Bulk and tender pricing starts to apply at larger quantities — request a quote.

Yes. We supply schools, districts and government departments against approved official orders. Email your order to info@thabithabi.co.za or use the Request a Quote form.

Contact us as soon as possible on +27 (0)65 945 7346. If the order has not yet been dispatched we can usually change or cancel it. Once dispatched, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown are excluding VAT. VAT is calculated and shown at checkout.

We accept payment through PayFast, South Africa’s payment gateway. That covers credit and cheque cards, Instant EFT, and other PayFast-supported methods. Your card details are handled by PayFast — Thabi-Thabi never sees them.

Yes. The site runs over HTTPS and payments are processed by PayFast, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

Yes. A tax invoice is emailed once your order is confirmed. If you need it made out to a school or department with a specific VAT number, add that at checkout or email info@thabithabi.co.za.

Delivery

Nationwide across South Africa.

Delivery is calculated at checkout on weight and destination, and is free on orders over R1 000 to main centres. Furniture, playground and bulk orders are quoted per order.

Typically 2-4 working days to main centres for stocked stationery, 3-7 days to outlying areas, and 7-21 working days for furniture. See Delivery & Shipping.

Yes. We regularly supply schools, government departments and corporates with bulk orders. Request a quote and our team will get back to you with pricing tailored to your order.
For larger orders such as classroom furniture or renovations, we’re happy to discuss samples or a site visit. Request a quote and mention this in your message, or call us on +27 (0)65 945 7346.
Many of our furniture and equipment items carry a manufacturer’s warranty, and terms vary by product. Email us on info@thabithabi.co.za to check the warranty on a specific item before you order.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your order, get in touch with us on info@thabithabi.co.za as soon as possible and we’ll advise on the best way to return or exchange your item.
Please contact us as soon as possible on info@thabithabi.co.za or +27 (0)65 945 7346 with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
